How many sessions are there, and who needs to be present?

The Education Navigation programme consists of three appointments. For the first appointment, we invite you and your child to meet with one of our dedicated education navigators via a secure video link. If your child is unable to attend due to school limitations, please inform a member of our team during your welcome call.

The second meeting is for the school and navigator only, so you do not need to be present.

The third session is for the parent and navigator to meet and discuss the feedback from the school. We do encourage your child to attend if they wish, however, this is not compulsory.
