When will I receive my child’s Education Navigation report?

Following your final education navigation session, your clinician will write a report containing a summary of the information discussed over all three sessions, along with any recommendations they would like to make. The report will be quality checked, reviewed by a different clinician and sent to you within 4 weeks of your final session.

We will email the report to you, which you will receive from the bookings@problemshared.net email address. If you have not received your report after 4 weeks, please check your spam folder first and you can email us at ndassessments@problemshared.net if you have any questions.
