Why don't you accept referrals by email to your Right to Choose service?

We are an online healthcare provider and are only able to accept referrals through the digital referral process on our website, or by the completion of a GP manual referral form in full. This is in line with company policy, ensuring that we prioritise patients and their safety all times.
