Introductory Call: This is a short 10-15 minute video call, with a member of our Operations Team, to outline how the process will work and answer any non-clinical questions you may have. It would be useful if you could upload your GP Summary Form in advance of this call so that there are no delays in booking your first clinical session.
Treatment Planning Sessions: initial clinical session where you will meet your prescribing clinician. They will discuss medication in relation to your diagnosis and, if appropriate, make the first prescription at the end of the session. The session may last up to an hour and will take place via a video call.
Treatment Review Sessions: if you have been prescribed medication, you will have monthly review sessions where you will meet with your clinician (either via video or phone call) to see how you are getting on with the medication and check if there have been any side effects or changes needed to your dosage.
