Your GP will prescribe your medication with ongoing reviews taking place with your clinician at ProblemShared. Reviews take place every 12 months for adults, every 6 months for children aged 10-17 and every 3 months for children aged 7-9.
If you feel that you or your child requires an ad hoc medication review, please contact the team to initiate this by emailing ndassessments@problemshared.net.
