Every time you are booked in for an appointment you will receive a confirmation email, detailing the date and time of the session, along with the video call link. You will receive email and SMS reminders the day before each session.
All of your upcoming appointments will also be shown on your client dashboard. To access this, please log in to your account at www.problemshared.net
