When will I find out the outcome of my assessment?
Your clinician may be able to tell you the outcome of your assessment on the same day.
In some more complex cases, this may not be possible. If this applies to you, your clinician will explain the reasons why, and a further follow-up call will be arranged to discuss your outcome at another time.
Occasionally, we may require further information before we can provide the outcome of your assessment.
When will I receive my assessment report?
You will receive your full diagnostic report within 4–6 weeks of your assessment.
Your report will clearly explain the reasons for the decision about a diagnosis or non-diagnosis. It will also include recommendations for support.
How will I receive my report?
Your diagnostic report will not be available on your dashboard. Instead, you will receive an email containing a link to access your report.
When your report is ready:
- Check your email inbox for a link to your report.
- If you cannot find the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
- Click the link to open your report which you can download to your device.
What if I haven't received my report?
If 6 weeks have passed since your assessment and you have not received your report, please contact our Client Support team.
