If you are travelling abroad and need a travel letter for your ADHD medication, please submit your request by email at least 14 days (2 weeks) before your departure date.
This allows our medication team enough time to prepare and send your letter.
Requests made with less than 14 days’ notice may not be processed in time.
It is your responsibility to check the official government website for your destination to ensure you meet their rules for travelling with controlled medication, as requirements vary by country.
