What to expect in psychoeducation webinars

ProblemShared aims to provide the tools to those who are newly diagnosed with autism or ADHD to understand their own identity and navigate life following a diagnosis. 

• The psychoeducation webinars consist of 4 weekly 90-minute sessions
• The webinar lasts 90 minutes.
• There is a mid‑session break at around the 45‑minute mark.
• .Your camera and microphone are automatically off
• You will be able to see and hear the facilitators and view the presentation slides.
• Please feel comfortable to stretch, move, or take personal breaks whenever needed.

The session is primarily informational, with opportunities for audience engagement through polls and the chat function. Some webinars may also include a Q&A segment, time permitting.

Our psychoeducation webinar sessions are currently available to Hywel Dda and Latus clients.

The webinar sessions are grouped by age (parents of children aged 7-11 years, parents of adolescents aged 12-17 years, adults aged 18+).

They cover a variety of topics and there are extra resources and information available to access from your ProblemShared dashboard.
