We understand that waiting for an assessment can be a stressful and uncertain time. Many people find that their symptoms continue to affect their daily life, work, education, relationships, or overall wellbeing while they are waiting for an appointment.
Although we may not be able to speed up the waiting process, we want to make sure you have access to helpful information and support in the meantime. Below, you’ll find a range of NHS resources and other organisations that may help you manage symptoms, reduce stress, and access support while you’re waiting for your assessment.
