Are there any exceptions where recording might be allowed?

In exceptional cases, we may allow recordings as a reasonable adjustment - for example, if a client has specific challenges with processing or recalling verbal information. However, this recording will be done by ProblemShared, and its use must be expressly agreed upon in advance in writing with ProblemShared.
